Communication
As a business we focus much of our attention on good communication. We like
to work with our clients in partnership, seeking to understand the challenges
facing their businesses, and adapting our business to best support their needs.
We see ourselves as an extension of our clients businesses – their partner in
China – providing support and allowing them to focus their time on other areas.
A key element of this relationship is our dedication to maintaining the quality
our clients and their customers expect.
Network
We have developed an extensive network in China to manufacture a wide variety
of products. We can either source existing products; or customise products to
your specifications. Through our offices in Qingdao and Nanjing we have developed
a network that includes component suppliers, tool makers, independent QC specialists,
designers, legal advisors, and translators. By pulling together the right combination
of skills for each project we can assemble the right team to deliver for our clients.
How we charge
If the product can be manufactured using out extensive network of approved manufacturers,
we will incorporate our costs into the unit price.

If moulds or printing plates are required as part of the set up process, we charge
them at cost. (Average tooling costs are much lower in China than in Europe or
in the USA). If significant other set up work is required e.g. designs need to
be drawn or prototypes developed, we will charge a fee to cover this work.
All charges will be agreed with you before any work commences so there will be
no unexpected invoices.
What we need from you
We welcome initial enquiries -
contact us and send us some information about the product or products that you are looking
to source or manufacture in China.
In order to provide you with a quotation for your product we will need you to
provide us with a detailed specification and/or samples.
We will aim to respond as quickly as possible and to outline clearly the next
steps that need to be take.
